Singapore, 30 Apr 2024 - 星展银行今日回应 新加坡金融管理局(金管局)的公告 表示，该行恢复非必要IT系统变更和并购业务，不会减少其对加强技术韧性和增强数码化服务能力的关注。
自 2023 年 5 月以来，星展银行一直在执行全面的技术韧性路线图，以便为客户提供更高程度的服务能力。自 2023 年 11 月起，金管局暂停了该行部分非必要IT系统变更六个月，这使得银行能够进一步优先关注并投入资源到提升技术韧性方面。
值得一提的是，为了提高服务能力同时加快发生中断时的恢复时间，该银行在技术风险治理和监督、系统弹性、变更管理和事件管理等领域采取了一系列关键举措。例如：
